How do I create an account?
Click “Create a free account”, enter your email and a password, and you can start bidding within two minutes. Registration is free and there is no obligation to buy.

How does the auction work?
Every machine is sold in a timed online auction with a fixed closing date. You place your bid, and if someone outbids you, you receive an email right away. When the auction closes, the highest bidder wins — there is no reserve price and no hidden minimum.

Can other bidders see who I am?
No. You appear only as an anonymous bidder number (for example “Bidder #4827”) in the bid history. Your name and details stay private.

What does it cost to buy?
You pay the winning bid plus a transaction fee per lot:

Up to €5,000 — 15% of the winning bid (minimum €100)
€5,000 to €12,000 — 10% (minimum €750)
€12,000 to €75,000 — 4.85% (minimum €1,200)
Above €75,000 — flat fee of €3,638
The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm anything.

What about VAT?
Prices and fees are net amounts. German VAT is added where the law requires it. EU companies with a valid VAT ID and buyers exporting outside the EU may qualify for zero-rated invoicing — contact us with your details before payment and we will issue the invoice correctly.

How and when do I pay?
By bank transfer, in full, within 7 days of the auction closing. You receive the invoice with our bank details by email as soon as the auction ends. We do not accept cash.

When can I collect the machine?
As soon as your payment has arrived, we confirm by email and arrange a collection appointment at our yard. Bring a copy of the confirmation and photo ID.

Who organises transport?
The buyer arranges transport. We are happy to recommend reliable hauliers we work with, and our team assists with loading at the yard free of charge.

Can I inspect a machine before bidding?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every listing includes a detailed inspection report with photos and star ratings. Viewing in person is available by appointment — call or message us on WhatsApp.

What documents come with the machine?
Each listing states what is included (registration papers, CE certificate, service records where available). You receive all listed documents at collection, after full payment.

What happens if the winner does not pay?
Unpaid lots are cancelled after the 7-day payment term and relisted. Bidders who fail to pay may be excluded from future auctions.

I am outside Germany — can I bid?
Yes. We welcome buyers from all over Europe and beyond. The site is available in English, German and Dutch, and we handle export paperwork regularly.
