Terms of bidding and sale
1. Auctions
All lots are sold by unreserved timed online auction. The highest bidder at closing wins. Bids are binding and cannot be retracted.
2. Condition of goods
All lots are sold “as is, where is”. Inspection reports are provided for guidance only; buyers are encouraged to inspect in person before bidding.
3. Fees
A transaction fee is added to the winning bid, as published on the FAQ page. Applicable VAT is added where required by law.
4. Payment
Full payment by bank transfer within 7 (seven) days of the auction end. Overdue amounts bear interest of 18% per year. Cash is not accepted.
5. Collection
Lots may be collected only after full payment, by appointment. Storage fees may apply after the collection deadline.
6. Unpaid lots
If a lot is not paid within the payment term, we may cancel the sale and relist the lot. The defaulting bidder may be excluded from future auctions.
7. Own lots
Sellers and their representatives may not bid on their own lots.
